Mallorca Villas

From the car park, turn left. Travel 200yds following road around to the left and you will see the road splits into two.Take the left hand branch heading for Palma. Continue on this road and it merges with the motorway.

Take the first exit off the motorway heading for Inca (PM-30).

Come to a roundabout (Carrefour straight ahead of you) and take the turning left for Inca.

Travel about 1 1-1/2km to next roundabout. Go right to Manacor on the MA-15.

After 17km arrive at roundabout. Go straight over this continuing on to Manacor. (landmark - Mobles Modemon shop on left)

After 5km another roundabout (landmark - steamroller) - go straight over this again.

After 9km arrive at next roundabout (landmark - combine harvester & plough). Go straight over travelling to Manacor.

After 6km another roundabout (landmark - 20 statues)- again straight over to Manacor.

You can now see the town of Manacor in the distance straight ahead.

After 6km arrive at roundabout. Landmark - on your right is a large shop called EXPO . TAKE THE 3 rd TURNING off the roundabout signposted St Lorenc/Cala Rajada/Colonia St Pere. (MA15 in red). Do not follow the signs to Manacor. You are on the bypass missing out the town of Manacor .

Travel 2km to roundabout. Go straight over following signs to St Lorenc/ Cala Rajada.

After another 2km arrive at roundabout and take the 3 rd turning to St Lorenc/ Cala Rajada (MA-15).

Travel 4km and go straight over the next roundabout signposted to Arta (MA-15).

2km - roundabout (stick sculpture)- straight over to Arta.

1km - roundabout - 3 rd turning to Arta / Cala Rajada.

1km - roundabout - straight over to Arta (MA-15).

Travel 9km to roundabout and turn left on the 2 nd exit to Colonia St Pere on the MA-15. Do not follow sign to Cala Rajada.

Very quickly after this is another roundabout. Take THE 2 ND TURNING TO COLONIA ST PERE. Do not take the first turning signposted Betlem with a church sign ,

Travel 7km - pay attention carefully - road bends to right and turning to Colonia St Pere appaears very quickly. Turn right on to road to Colonia. (MA-3331 to Betlem)

After 5km the road takes a very sharp left. You will be turning right off this road signposted on the right to Betlem. (Also sign at this point is Cala los Campas).

Travel for 3km. Turn left at roundabout.

Arrive at first crossroads and turn right into Avenida Romeo. Take the next left into Calle Palmito (Es Calos restaurant on corner). Fourth house on right is 4 Calle Garballo - right next to car park.

Either park opposite house (not on pavement side) or in car park. Be careful entering car park - very narrow entrance.
