Two Adjoining Villas for Renting Individually or Together
We have two adjoining identical villas available for rent in a small complex of eight villas. The villas are of a traditional mallorcan design, are semi-detached with two bedrooms and a spacious 175sqm of floor space. There are gardens to the front and rear that are well stocked with shrubs and trees. Both villas overlook a large swimming pool and have stunning sea and mountain views. The inside of the villas are tiled throughout with handmade Spanish terracotta tiles and the downstairs is designed for open plan living. The villas can accommodate two couples or families with between 4 and 6 members. Should you have a large party, e.g. two families who wish to holiday together, then both villas can be rented simultaneously (subject to availability). We can also cater for very large parties, by utilising adjacent villas. The maximum capacity would be 5 families or for business seminars etc. up to 20 individuals. |
